Trans fat would better be removed from your selection list, for it belongs to bad fats and is the crucial reason for health problems.
Food such as avocados, olives, nuts and natural peanut butter contain monounsaturated fat. Walnuts, sunflower, sesame, pumpkin seeds, fatty fish, non-GMO source of soymilk and tofu contain polyunsaturated fat. Although food we may love very much like commercially-baked goods such as cookies, crackers, cakes, pie, hamburger buns, fried foods like French fries, fried chicken, chicken nuggets and pre-mixed products like cake mix, pancake and chocolate milk, they contain a bad fat called trans fat.
Therefore, choose healthier ingredients, less processed food like the vegetable salad with fresh fruits and various nuts, or grilled chicken rather than fried one could make some real differences on you body for a long term.
Choose moderate portion: the more you eat, the more calories you input. Keep portion sizes small will help decrease about over 100 to 300 calories. Most fast-food restaurants offer half sized hamburgers or sandwiches. Take them into your consideration because it is a suitable choice to help cut the calories down.
If possible, have it your way: Many restaurants provide the service of designing your food, fully taking advantage of this chance also helps you to get rid of some high calories food.
